“I opened GreenTech Automotive in 2009 after the economy crashed, and I lost my job at a local GM dealership. GM had employed me for 16 years. I was left with a decision: retool and go to work for another dealer who didn’t really care about me or my community or make a change for the better—for my family, my neighbors, and future generations of Santa Rosa residents. I decided to make my ideas a reality and establish a green auto repair shop that cares about our customer’s vehicles, people, and our environment. As an auto shop owner, specifically a green auto shop owner, I love meeting and knowing the people who make our town a great place to live.”
